We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and motivated Female Support Workers to join our team in Sutton Farm, Shrewsbury. You will support four young adults to live active, joyful and independent lives in a safe, supportive environment.
You will join a warm, close-knit team supporting four vibrant young adults, each with their own personalities, routines and interests.

You will play an important part in helping these young adults lead fulfilling, independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
Promoting independence
Supporting daily living tasks such as meal preparation, maintaining a clean home and encouraging healthy routines.
Shopping and budgeting
Helping them make confident, informed choices that support their independence.
Personal care support
Providing respectful, dignified personal care where needed.
Social engagement
Encouraging involvement in their hobbies and interests, from music and dancing to cinema trips and community events.
A mixture of full-time and part-time hours are available.

Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work‑life balance.
