We are looking for a support worker to become part of our loving family home, caring for our vulnerable young people who have sometimes emotional and behavioural difficulties. About the home

Willow House is a 5‑bedded residential children’s home situated in a rural area within the South Downs.

We work with females aged 12‑18 who have experienced acute childhood experiences that have led to behaviours including high risk of exploitation, missing from home, mental health issues, self‑harm, non‑school attendance, substance misuse, and diagnoses of EBD, ADHD, FASD, OCD, ODD, ASD and PDA.

We work therapeutically with our young people using a PACE approach to build self‑esteem and worth, identify appropriate educational provisions, give opportunities for aspiration and support positive family relationships. We also work with the young people to build healthy attachment; support their understanding of passage to care and promotion of independence as they move into adulthood.

Willow House currently has an outstanding Ofsted rating.
