We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to work with an individual living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), complex care needs, and mental health challenges, supporting them in their own home. This isn't just about completing tasks - it's about truly understanding the person you support. • The ability to support someone whose communication varies - listening beyond words.
  • A calm, genuine presence with a great sense of humour and deep respect for others.

  • Supporting meaningful activities and encouraging engagement in the community.
  • Promoting social interaction and overall well‑being.
  • Helping with household tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable, and organised home.
