Qualifications

Are you a proactive, caring, and reliable Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where every day is different?

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our brand-new package in Swindon, supporting a vibrant 27-year-old lady living with an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) who has a cognitive age of 11–12 years. She enjoys living life to the fullest and needs a team who will encourage her independence, support her routines, and engage in her favourite activities. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by providing consistent, hands-on support.

We are looking for proactive, engaging support workers who are attentive and fully present – no mobile phone distractions.

About the Client

She loves getting creative with arts and crafts, exploring her community, and enjoying fun-filled days out — whether that’s cycling at the Morden Hub, discovering new places, or finding the best deals on a shopping trip (her favourite hobby!).

She’s also our seasonal queen — from spooky Halloween fun 👻 to festive Christmas celebrations 🎄, she embraces every occasion with enthusiasm and a big smile.

Most recently, she enjoyed an unforgettable cruise with her support workers, making new memories and soaking up the sunshine ☀️🚢.

Shifts Available
  • Day: 7:30am – 8:00pm (drivers required)
  • Night: 7:30pm – 8:00am
Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in:

  • Encouraging and participating in her daily activities and hobbies
  • Supporting her with physio exercises and promoting physical wellbeing
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Providing emotional and social support
  • Ensuring a positive, engaging, and fun environment
