A specialist care and education organization in Norton Disney seeks a Night Residential Support Worker. The role involves supporting children with severe learning disabilities and promoting their independence and dignity in a nurturing environment. Witham Prospect School is looking to appoint Night Residential Support Workers who are enthusiastic, dedicated, caring and highly motivated to support children and young people who have Severe Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Care to achieve their full potential.
Female only
To work on two-week full time rolling rota on 10-hour shifts, which includes a full day training every six weeks. Night hours are 9.30pm – 7.30am, averaging 36.2 hours per week.
Alternate weekends required.
Pay Rate for Support Workers: £12.97 - £13.31 per hour depending on your qualification.
