Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience within the retouch/edit field.
• Strong portfolio of creative work.
• Ability to attend SW19 office at least 3 times a week.
• Excellent understanding of colour spaces.
• Advanced experience in still life, mannequin, and model retouching.
• Proactive attitude to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform art working and image editing to the highest standards.
• Maintain quality control on editing and ensure consistent accuracy.
• Support Senior Retouchers in daily retouch operations.
• Suggest retouch processes and software improvements.
• Organize personal retouch workload and priorities.
