Overview

As part of our team, you'll dive into a variety of roles that keep our events running smoothly, including:

• Serving drinks & running the bar
• Operating tills and handling transactions
• Plate waiting, wine waiting & food running
• Supporting retail outlets during busy shows
• Clearing tables & keeping service areas clean

You'll be right at the heart of the action, making sure every guest leaves with a smile.

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable people to join our Front of House team and help us deliver unforgettable moments to our guests.

• A people person with great communication and teamwork skills
• Someone who can keep calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days (no two shifts are the same!)
• Attention to detail and pride in great service
• Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience (desirable but not essential)

Essentials

• Must be 18+ (due to bar work/licensing laws)
• Must have reliable transport to and from the venue (some shifts finish late or start early) - Please note it is a 30 min walk from local train stations.
