Overview

Farm Clinical Director – South East Cornwall

Salary: £65,000–£80,000 (depending on experience)

Full-time | 4 or 5-day week – your choice

My client are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Farm Clinical Director to join a dedicated farm-only veterinary practice in South East Cornwall. This senior clinical role offers the opportunity to take a leadership position within the vet team, working closely with the Farm Practice Manager to shape the overall performance and strategic direction of the practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical guidance and oversight, ensuring the team delivers the highest standards of veterinary care.
  • Lead on clinical standards, support the Farm Practice Manager, and oversee the delivery of government OV work.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services to clients with opportunities to focus on proactive, consultancy-led dairy work.
  • Join an on-call rota of 1 in 12, supported by a dedicated night vet covering half the schedule.
  • Collaborate with a team comprising seven farm vets, three ATT, and a veterinary technician to deliver proactive, high-quality care across beef, sheep, and dairy.
  • Engage in innovation, collaboration, and support, embracing novel herd health planning, preventative medicine, and progressive clinical approaches.
