Job summary

Job description
Overview

The team are looking for an enthusiastic Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to work alongside the LIFT Team Manager and other specialists to support the service to meet the team's aims and uphold its values and purpose. The successful candidate will coordinate and provide a Family Therapy service within the LIFT team, as part of the wider Central Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) Early Intervention, Prevention and Promotion (EIPP) service, covering the areas of Conwy and Denbighshire. Newly qualified psychotherapists, and those due to qualify as Family and Systemic Psychotherapists, would be welcome to apply, with opportunities for further professional development supported.

Responsibilities

The role involves coordinating and delivering a Family Therapy service within the LIFT team as part of the CAMH EIPP service, contributing to the team’s aims and values.

Qualifications and Experience

An understanding of child development and systemic factors which contribute to healthy child–parent relationships is desirable, along with experience in using evidence-based and practice-based evidence to deliver interventions within services.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
