A partnership organisation in the UK seeks a dedicated individual to support families with complex needs. This role involves advocating for children's voices and facilitating group work programmes. Ideal candidates will have experience in safeguarding and the ability to hold a caseload of 12 to 15 families. A valid driving license and access to a car are essential. The organisation promotes inclusivity and encourages candidates from underrepresented groups to apply. The role is based at Runnymede Family Centre with a competitive salary range.

The salary range for this role is £28,124 to £37,116 per annum based on a 37 hour working week.

As Barnardo's Family Centres we have supportive and inclusive teams. We are a fully funded service, commissioned by Surrey County Council, to deliver their Early Help Programme to families with 0-19 aged children.

You will be required to :
You will be based at Runnymede Family Centre and will be required to travel throughout the borough. Please also note that as this position requires locality work in the Runnymede district of Surrey, a driving licence and access to a car are essential.
