You'll be handling a broad mix of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy matters
• Private law children proceedings

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being part of a collaborative team that provides guidance when needed.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor with:

• Solid experience across a range of private family law matters (around 1-5 PQE ideal, but all levels considered)
• Strong client-care skills with a sensitive and professional approach
• Confidence handling hearings and negotiations
• The ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload
• A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused working style
• Membership of Resolution, or a willingness to join, is advantageous but not essential.
