Job summary

A leading legal practice in Greater London is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor/CILEX to join their expanding Family Department. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of PQE, dealing with various family matters including Divorce, Financial settlements, and Children’s disputes. The role offers flexible remote working and requires excellent communication and IT skills. The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of PQE in Family Law.
  • Experience in advising clients on family matters.
  • Strong understanding of financial settlements.

We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor/CILEX with at least 5 yrs + PQE to join our expanding Family Department.

You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce and Financial settlement. Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent communication and IT skills.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Previous experience of private practice in family law
  • A solid understanding of financial remedies
  • Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children.
  • Experience in advising clients in relation to separation and cohabitation agreements
  • Passionate and motivated about Family Law
Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level and a strong LPC pass or equivalent;
  • Must hold a current clean practising certificate from the SRA;
  • Experience gained in a Family Law training seat or following admittance to the roll.
