This firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to join its expanding Family Law Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who wants to handle a varied and interesting caseload, working directly with clients in a supportive, community-focused firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a full spectrum of family law matters, including:
  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedies and settlements
  • Child arrangements and contact issues
  • Cohabitation agreements
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Providing empathetic, practical advice and maintaining the highest standards of client care
• Supporting the department’s business development and contributing to marketing initiatives

Your Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (2+ years PQE desirable but all levels considered)
• Sound knowledge of divorce, finances and children matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills, especially in sensitive situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• A proactive approach to business development within the local community
