A well-established Legal 500 law practice in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join its dedicated family law team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment while managing a varied caseload covering divorce and separation, financial matters, child arrangements and cases involving domestic abuse.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters from start to finish, including divorce, adoption, childcare issues, financial remedies, mediation and property arrangements following relationship breakdown.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy and often complex workload, delivering a high standard of client care.
• Maintain strong organisational skills, sound judgement and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years PQE within a reputable family law practice.
• Proven experience across the full spectrum of family matters and ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision.
• UK-qualified solicitor (strict requirement).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and provide clear, practical and compassionate advice.
