Job description

Are you an ambitious Family Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE looking for your next career move? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded private practice law firm with a strong reputation in Family Law.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including :

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy proceedings
  • Child arrangements and custody disputes
  • Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements

You’ll inherit an existing caseload and play an active role in business development, helping to grow the department further.

What We’re Looking For
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with 2–5 years PQE in family law
  • Strong track record of handling complex family law matters
  • Membership of Resolution preferred
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients and / or complex cases
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and supervise junior team members
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for non-court dispute resolution (NCDR)
  • Mediation or collaborative training is desirable but not essential
