Hawk3 Talent Solutions is partnering with a respected client in the legal sector to find a Family Lawyer with 3:5 years PQE. About The Role
  • In this role, you'll take full ownership of a diverse caseload with minimal supervision, providing expert legal advice to clients, predominantly on a private basis, with some Legal Aid work.
  • You’ll handle a variety of Family Law matters, including Divorce, Private Law Children Act cases, Financial Remedy, Injunctions, and Cohabitation Disputes.
  • While Public Child Care Law isn’t a focus, your ability to manage your own cases and confidently undertake advocacy in Court (including initial hearings and directions appointments) will be key.
  • You’ll be working alongside a supportive Family Partner, who will be available for collaboration and case input when needed.
