Overview

Location: Bromley, South East London

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience and responsibilities

Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered

Please only apply if you already have hands-on experience preparing family law applications (Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders, Child Arrangements, Financial Proceedings) and Legal Aid applications, and can work with minimal supervision from day one. The Role
  • Prepare applications: Non-Molestation, Occupation, Child Arrangements, Financial Proceedings, and Legal Aid
  • You will be expected to manage Legal Aid applications independently from day one
  • Draft witness statements and court documents
  • Take client instructions directly, including from vulnerable clients
  • Prepare bundles and liaise with courts and counsel
The Person
  • Proven family law casework experience, including Legal Aid applications
  • Able to draft and manage files with minimal supervision
  • Strong organisation, accuracy, and client care skills
