We’re seeking compassionate and skilled Family Help Practitioners to join our Thriving Families initiative. This is a unique opportunity to provide intensive, tailored support to families who have experienced the removal of a baby and are facing complex challenges. Your work will help families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create safe environments—supporting them to stay together wherever possible or assisting with reunification when appropriate.
