Are you ready to lead, inspire and make a real difference? Oldham College is seeking an ambitious Faculty Leader to shape the future of Maths and English. This key leadership role will drive high-quality teaching and learning, lead a team of specialists and improve outcomes for learners across the College.
You will lead and manage a team of Maths and English specialists, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. Working closely with senior leaders, you will shape curriculum delivery to meet learner and employer needs, drive improvements in attendance, achievement and progression, and champion innovation and best practice across the faculty. You will also contribute to external engagement and partnership working, supporting the growth and profile of Maths and English at Oldham College.
You will be an experienced curriculum leader with a background in Maths, English or a related area. You will have strong experience of team leadership, quality improvement and performance management, with a clear commitment to inclusive practice and learner success.
