The role

As our Facility Manager, you’ll have a role that out of the ordinary. You'll take on a unique and rewarding role in a remote overseas location—where rent-free living is just one of the perks. We’re seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional to oversee the maintenance and daily operations of buildings and systems, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.

Day-to-day, you’ll balance hands‑on tasks with management responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. You’ll work closely with multi‑discipline engineers, subject matter experts, and directly with the customer to support ongoing operations. You may also be involved in build and installation projects as needed. This is a rare opportunity to join a multi‑disciplinary international team, contributing to exciting new initiatives within a rapidly growing organisation.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at our remote overseas location.

Essential experience of the Facility Manager
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Facility/operations management experience
  • Experience in reading and understanding electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Experience managing sub-contractors
  • Experience of creating and implementing processes and driving continual improvement activities
Qualifications for the Facility Manager
  • Engineering qualification or demonstrable experience in relevant roles
  • IOSH Managing safely would be advantageous

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
