A prominent charity organization located in Harlow is seeking a Business Services Officer to provide essential front-line support and manage facilities. Responsibilities include maintaining vehicles, performing light maintenance tasks, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a clean driving licence, maintenance experience, and strong organizational skills. Description
Salary : 26000 - 29000 per annum (40 hours per week)
Location : Our office in Harlow Essex. (Due to the nature of the role and the on call rota you must live within 30 minutes of the site)
Working hours - Full time shift patterns : Week 1 - 07.00 - 16.00 / Week 2 - 09.30 - 18.30
If you have a maintenance background we can provide the training and support to gain the qualifications needed to be successful in this role. It is highly desirable but not essential to hold a Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) licence.
Internal role title : Business Services Officer in our Estates and Facilities Team.
To provide front-line support services to Motability Warwick House and Stadium Way ensuring high levels of customer service. The role is diverse with an ever-changing workload and demand so the ability to work under pressure and with a variety of priorities is essential.
As part of this role there is a requirement to work out of hours in the evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required. In addition you will be on call 24 hours a day on a 4-weekly rota.
Holiday 26 Days + 8 Bank Holidays increasing to 28 days after 5 years service.
