Responsible for all aspects of the day‑to‑day management and delivery of all engineering services to the occupiers, the role involves the project management of plant and space refurbishment within a live site.
Facilities Managers are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality and customer service while ensuring that service delivery, financial management, and project timelines are met in accordance with contractual agreements.
