Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering CapEx programmes.
  • Desirable: Background in multiskilled engineering or maintenance supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a 3-year facilities plan aligned with business goals.
  • Lead CapEx projects and manage budgets, procurement, and contractors.
  • Support production teams to minimise downtime and maintain flow.
  • Implement preventive maintenance and emergency response programs.

Skills

Knowledge of LOTO, PUWER, and other regulatory requirements
Health & Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA)
Practical knowledge of CMMS
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project)

Education

HND/HNC in a relevant engineering discipline
