Job description

A very slick investment firm is looking for a proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth running of a busy London office. This one year maternity cover, starting asap, is ideal for someone highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident managing day‑to‑day operations.

You will act as the central point of contact for all facilities‑related queries, coordinating vendors, cleaning and housekeeping services, as well as front‑of‑house operations to ensure a consistently high standard of service. The position also involves supporting Health & Safety compliance, assisting with audits and reporting, and helping deliver a range of facilities projects and internal communications. In addition, you’ll play an active role in sustainability initiatives, contributing to annual carbon‑footprint reporting and the implementation of environmentally focused improvements.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, experience managing incidents or service requests, and the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers. Awareness of Health & Safety standards is important.

If you’re seeking a varied, hands‑on facilities role with real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
