A leading technology company in Mountain Ash is looking for a Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness in production and office environments. You will operate industrial cleaning equipment, follow instructions, and work both alone and in a team. The position includes training and a comprehensive benefits package, such as a non-contributory pension and a hybrid work policy. The ideal candidate should have good literacy and numeracy skills and be physically fit.

The Cleaner’s role is to work as part of a team to provide a cleaning service to the business which maintains high standards of cleanliness with respect to technical and cosmetic finishes in our production and office environments.
All applicants are required to have good literacy and numeracy skills, necessary with regard to following work schedule instructions and data. In addition, cleaning product information and equipment operating instructions need to be understood and followed explicitly.
Although not essential, it is desirable if applicants have some previous knowledge of factory and office cleaning techniques, and any use of associated equipment would be an advantage. Full training will be given regardless of previous expertise.
The successful applicants will have a good health record and be physically fit, as operation of the equipment and the nature of the job can be physically demanding. They will have a methodical approach to work, and be capable of working as part of a team as well as alone and unsupervised.
