A leading housing organization in Oldham is seeking a Facilities Support role to assist within the facilities management department. Responsibilities include ordering supplies and conducting building checks. Ideal candidates will have good communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. This full-time position offers competitive annual leave and a supportive work environment.

Full-time (35 hours) Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

The purpose of this role is to Provide support within the facilities management department as and when required including assistance with the FM helpdesk. To order stationery cleaning and other office supplies when required and raise work orders. Carry out building checks to ensure the building is kept tidy and report any maintenance issues to contractors.
