A multinational bank is seeking a Facilities Assistant in Newcastle. This role involves managing mail within the Digital Mailroom and performing various facilities management duties. Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to physically lift up to 25kg. Experience in facilities management is preferred but not required. The position offers a full-time fixed-term contract with opportunities for professional development and collaboration within a high-performing team.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our Newcastle office on a 12 month FTC basis.
The Facilities Assistant plays a key front-facing role in supporting the effective operation of the Newcastle office and wider business. The role has a strong Digital Mailroom focus alongside broader Facilities Management, maintenance, and customer service responsibilities. A high level of accuracy, ownership, and self-motivation is essential. Working as part of a team, on a rota of three shift patterns AM 07:30 – 15:30, MID 08:30 – 16:30 – PM 10:00 – 18:00.
