Facilities and Fleet Manager to ensure our buildings, assets, and vehicle fleet operate safely, compliantly, and efficiently.
This is a pivotal role in keeping our operations seamless—balancing day-to-day reliability with strategic improvements and sustainability initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Facilities Management
- Oversee maintenance of company buildings, infrastructure, and equipment
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
- Manage supplier contracts for cleaning, security, pest control, M&E services, and utilities
- Lead office upgrades, refurbishments, and relocation projects
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Maintain service records, warranties, and compliance documentation
- Manage procurement of office and facility supplies
Fleet Management
- Ensure compliance with all UK vehicle legislation and HSE standards
- Maintain records for vehicle tax, MOT, servicing, and insurance
- Lead fleet audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Oversee vehicle procurement, replacement, and disposal
- Manage supplier relationships for servicing, maintenance, insurance, and fuel
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact
Risk & Asset Management
- Maintain fire safety systems and support crisis recovery planning
- Work with the Health & Safety team to ensure statutory compliance across building systems and plant
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Track record of optimising processes, systems, and performance
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to present business cases for change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards
Desirable:
- Degree or diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, or related field
- IWFM qualification or equivalent
