Our Finance Teams: Our Finance team has a large part to play in the success of our business. We are based across a few locations, but operate as one team, and work together to create a positive, productive and highly efficient finance department within News UK.

Day to day you will:

  • Understanding ofcapital expenditureand operating budgets with financial forecasting and P&L Balance Sheets

Managing and tracking departmental budgets, flagging issues to the Property and Facilities Director and Senior Facilities Manager

Raising purchase orders, processing invoices for the Property and Facilities department . Liaising with suppliers and internal accounts department regarding payment dates and identifying and resolving issues

Provide contract administrative support to the Senior Facilities Manager and Property and Facilities Director and the wider team, including but not limited team diary management, general team administration support, meeting minutes, creating presentations, archiving and electronic filing on the ‘Shared Directory’ / Google Drive.
