Facilities Administrator (Temporary)

Location: Holywood, Co. Down
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Interim assignment

VANRATH are supporting a well-known charity in Holywood with the appointment of a Temporary Facilities Administrator. This role provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of a busy facilities function.

The Role
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities team
  • Log, track and update facility-related issues using the organisation's internal system
  • Liaise closely with the Senior Manager to ensure maintenance requests are prioritised and actioned
  • Coordinate and follow up with contractors and internal teams as required
  • Maintain accurate records, files and documentation
  • Support general office administration and contribute to the wider team when needed
The Ideal Candidate
  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in a facilities, operations, or property-related environment
  • Confident using internal logging or ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities
