Qualifications

• Experience dealing with tier 1 contractors, architects, façade consultants and project quantity surveyors.
• Preferably from a sub-contractor background.
• Commercially astute with excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote the design, supply and installation of facade services.
• Secure specifications and influence tier 1 contractors and architects.
• Manage projects with average sizes in the £10m-£15m range.
• Provide technical consultancy to contractors and specifiers.
• Aim to win approximately 6 projects per year.
