Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a cladding and glazing design role.
• Good knowledge of the Building Safety Act and its impacts on the façade industry.
• Up-to-date with building legislation and codes of practice relating to design.

Responsibilities

• Lead façade design teams and manage project specifications.
• Create general building elevations and façade drawings.
• Produce installation drawings for factory and site.
• Coordinate tender documentation and RFI schedules.
