Fabricator / Welder

Location: Heywood, OL10
Pay: £17.00 – £18.00 per hour
Hours: 37 per week, Monday – Friday
Benefits: Company pension, on-site parking

On behalf of our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Heywood, we are recruiting an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive pay and benefits.

Fabricator / Welder Role Overview

You will work on the fabrication of thin gauge stainless steel (1.2mm – 3mm), supporting production and quality control within a busy manufacturing environment.

Fabricator / Welder Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out TIG welding and fabrication on stainless steel
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety standards are met
  • Work to production schedules while maintaining quality
  • Support quality control and inspections
  • Use management systems to track jobs efficiently
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Assist with other duties as required
Fabricator / Welder Requirements
