Fabrications Team Leader – Evesham – £40,000

We're looking for a Fabrications Team Leader who's ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact with a growing company in the Evesham area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead safe and efficient brake press operations.
  • Oversee machine maintenance (TPM) and maintain a clean, organised workshop.
  • Enforce health & safety standards for all staff and visitors.
  • Manage team performance, delegate tasks, and promote a positive work culture.
  • Maintain production flow and ensure schedules are met.
  • Track attendance, manage holidays, and log project hours accurately.
  • Read technical drawings and collaborate with design and production teams.
  • Advise on processes, materials, and supplier choices.
  • Order materials within budget and escalate issues when necessary.
What You'll Bring
