• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Supervisory role.
• Experience with enforcing compliance and meeting deadlines.
• Current Licence to Perform High Risk Work - LF, WP, DG, RB, RI, RA, CN (desirable).

• Supervise all fabrication activities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate personnel to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Drive safety culture and conduct daily pre-start toolbox meetings.
