A leading construction company is looking for an experienced handy person to join their Mobile team in Southampton. You will manage various reactive maintenance tasks at multiple retail sites, including painting, plumbing, and general building maintenance. A full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently are required for this role, with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance within facilities.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting and decorating tasks.
• Perform plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Manage all aspects of building maintenance.
• Conduct fire alarm testing and lighting maintenance.
