Qualifications

• Previous Fabric and Carpentry experience required.
• Experience in high-profile work environments.
• Current UK driver's license is necessary.
• Understanding of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive works within the team.
• Perform maintenance tasks within deadlines.
• Liaise with clients for maintenance & repair tasks.
• Conduct site surveys and produce necessary documentation.
• Carry out repairs for floor and wall coverings.
