Your New Role

As Food and BeverageManager you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant & bar, ensuring facilities are maintained to the standards required and the departmental budgeted profitability is achieved. To alsoensure that cashing up procedures are executed in accordance with company procedures and t o prepare weekly rotas, to ensure adequate team members coverage and re-organise rotas in the event of absence, sickness or holidays. To meet deadlines while submitting rotas to payroll.

What you will need to succeed
  • Previous experience in F&B Managementfrom a luxury 4/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Knowledge of Indian Cuisine is advantageous
