About You

We are looking a passionate, hands‑on Duty Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our food & drink operation, The Wonky Donkey at Unity Skirlington Coast.

You’ll take pride in delivering excellent service, bring a positive and forward‑thinking attitude to every shift, and be committed to making a difference for our guests and your teammates.

Essential Requirements

• Experience of leading a team within a fast‑paced F&B operation.
• Ability to engage and inspire your team.
• A positive and solutions‑focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading from the front to deliver memorable experiences.
• Creating an environment of togetherness, where team support each other and enjoy what they do.
• Coaching and developing team members and helping them grow.
• Take ownership of shifts, including service standards, compliance, cleanliness, customer satisfaction and team experience.
• Contributing to performance through smart operational decisions and the effective and efficient management of each shift.
• Problem prevention & resolution.

Hours of Work

Our Food & Beverage venues are busiest at evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
