We are looking a passionate, hands‑on Duty Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of our food & drink operation, The Wonky Donkey at Unity Skirlington Coast.
You’ll take pride in delivering excellent service, bring a positive and forward‑thinking attitude to every shift, and be committed to making a difference for our guests and your teammates.

Our Food & Beverage venues are busiest at evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
