As the EYFS Teacher for the Reception class, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners. Your dedication and expertise will create a nurturing environment where children can thrive, grow, and develop essential skills that will lay a strong foundation for their future education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to meet the needs of Reception children.
  • Foster a warm and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of every child.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to facilitate active learning and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Regularly assess and track children’s progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless home-school partnership.
  • Embrace our school’s unique Jewish ethos and integrate it into daily teaching practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in EYFS education.
  • A strong understanding of child development and a proven track record of providing stimulating learning experiences.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Passion for delivering creative and inclusive lessons that inspire and motivate young learners.
  • Familiarity with Jewish values, traditions, and cultural practices (desirable but not essential).
