The Role
You’ll join a warm, supportive Year 1 team providing all-round classroom support. That includes working 1:1 with pupils who need extra help, delivering small group phonics and literacy sessions, and supporting learning through play and creative tasks. You’ll also help with classroom routines, displays, and liaising with parents.

This role suits a graduate with a strong interest in early education – particularly those aiming for teacher training or Educational Psychology.

The Candidate
You must be confident, patient, and ready to throw yourself into life in an EYFS/KS1 classroom. A background in childcare, tutoring, or working with young children is ideal. Creativity, energy and a nurturing attitude go a long way in this setting.
