Job Title: Export Coordinator (Fully Remote, Contract)

Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour
Contract: Until 31 August 2026
Location: Fully Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Coordinator to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will own the full operational relationship with our customers, managing the process from purchase order intake through export fulfilment and post-delivery follow-up. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, coordinating with logistics partners, and resolving any documentation or data issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary operational contact for customers, managing purchase order amendments and communicating shipment plans.
  • Support trials and new product introductions, and coordinate dispute resolution and damaged goods claims.
  • Receive and validate customer purchase orders, manage obsolete or substituted SKUs, and ensure master data extensions are completed.
  • Create and maintain sales orders in SAP, apply pricing and Incoterm data, and process free‑of‑charge orders.
  • Align with the Planning Team to confirm stock availability and handover to logistics partners (e.g., Maersk).
  • Plan pallets, containers, and packaging, including special handling for dangerous goods.
  • Archive purchase orders and documentation appropriately.
  • Raise and follow through on dispute cases and investigate damaged goods issues.
  • Provide daily and weekly operational reports, attend regular calls with customers and logistics partners, and support operational projects and process improvements.
  • Train new team members and customer‑side operational teams as needed.
