A leading logistics company is seeking an Export Coordinator in Lichfield to manage customer accounts and oversee the import/export process. This full-time role requires 1-2 years of Freight Forwarding experience, particularly in road freight exports. Qualifications

Export Coordinator – Lichfield – Up to £30,

Our client, who are a highly established Freight Forwarding & International Logistics company are now seeking to appoint a new team member to the Freight Department primarily dealing with Groupage Services

As the Freight Forwarder you will be tasked with managing the company’s customer accounts, dealing with the entire life cycle of the import and export process via European Road Freight.

Job type: Permanent

Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00am – 17:30pm

Salary: Up to £30, DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate Rates and arrange Groupage shipments
• You must be able to forge & develop strong working relationships with subcontractors and customers alike.
• Route Planning throughout Europe in line with SLA’s
• Mange full Import / Export process from start to finish
• Provide outstanding levels of customer service
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude towards your work
• Liaise with overseas partners
• Promote company brand and image through customer service Essential
