We are looking for an experienced Sales and Travel Consultant to join our London team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the travel industry, excellent customer service skills, and hands‑on experience creating and managing tailor‑made itineraries. This role requires someone who has travelled to Japan at least once and is confident supporting both B2C and B2B clients.

Role Overview
Primary responsibilities
  • Effective management of sales enquiries / leads
  • Liaise with Ops Team to handle all booking aspects, including flights ticketing, accommodation, tours, and activities. (Processing cancellations and amendments)
  • Arrange and deliver top quality and complex itineraries
  • Cross selling and upselling of all services and products
  • Ensure client expectations are meet, providing expert advice
  • Deliver high levels of customer and after sales service
