Our Watford office is expanding, and we are looking to bring in experienced Recruitment Consultants who are capable of opening new business and building a successful temp desk, with a focus on the Industrial and Driving sectors, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment.

The Role

This is a եծ recruitment role suited to someone who is not only experienced in recruitment but also passionate aboutArthur growing new business and building their own temp desk. You will be responsible for:

• Opening new business and developing new client relationships

• Growing and managing your own temp desk (with the option of expanding into perm as well)

• Placing high-quality candidates into Industrial and Driving roles

• Managing and nurturing client accounts to maximise revenue

• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline

• Developing and executing a strategy to grow your desk from scratch

You'll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, with full support behind you.
