Experienced New Build Chartered Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer/Solicitor

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to join the Residential New Homes team of this thriving multi office practice where you can expect to work with national housebuilders, handling new build property purchases, related sales, and part-exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day conduct of new build purchase files and related sales/part-exchanges.
  • Supervise support staff
  • Ensure compliance with departmental procedures and achieve agreed billing targets.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Solicitor, FCILEx qualified, or significant experience in conveyancing.
  • Expertise in new build homes and property sales, plus a strong grasp of Property Law.
  • Effective people management and communication skills.
  • Self-organised, proactive, and adaptable with excellent time management skills.
