A leading service provider in the UK is seeking a FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE to deliver exceptional service and effectively engage with customers. The role involves home-based field visits and achieving sales targets with a base salary of £27,500 and an OTE of £60,000. Candidates should be self-motivated, resilient, and possess strong relationship-building skills. Benefits include 28 days of annual leave, a company vehicle or car allowance, and a pension scheme.
Salary £27,500 (with OTE £60,000)
You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and introducing them to my client's market leading prices, invoicing and customer service capabilities. We want people with field sales experience ideally having worked in a field sales environment including Retail Supplies/Telecoms/Broadband/Electricity/Gas/Water etc. and who are able to deliver a “high energy” service.
Home-based, you'll be working on field visits, (with occasional visits to HQ), visiting potential customers to introduce them to the full benefits that my client can provide. As a face‑to‑face sales role you may be approaching our customers to sell them an extra service above that which they already have, so there are plenty of warm leads.
The role holder will need to enjoy being self‑starting, who will remain upbeat and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability and resilience to handle challenges and rejection.
Training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including IT training on our equipment, which will be both in‑office sessions and self‑led development.
