Job Duties

• Handle a diverse range of conveyancing cases, including residential and commercial property transactions.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents related to sales, purchases, transfers, and leases.
• Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence to ensure all legal requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
• Provide expert legal advice and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during transactions, using a proactive and client‑focused approach.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Conveyancer with a strong background in property law.
• Excellent understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal requirements for property transactions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality service.
