Join our client’s Executive Support Team! Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? Our client Dyfed Powys Police are on the lookout for a detail‑oriented and proactive Executive Support professional to join their team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Chief Officer Team to achieve their strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage diaries and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain secure office systems, including mail and data management.
  • Screen telephone contacts and manage correspondence for Chief Officers.
  • Plan and organise meetings, conferences, and special functions.
  • Transcribe discussions during meetings and prepare summaries for the Chief Officers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with effective keyboard inputting skills.
  • Proven ability to work accurately while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Substantial secretarial or administrative experience, showcasing a high level of competence.
