A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to support their Chief Operations Officer and Director of Operations. The successful candidate will manage diaries, facilitate meetings, and ensure smooth operations for teams. Key responsibilities include preparing agendas, organizing events, and maintaining confidentiality. The position is home-based with occasional travel required. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, alongside experience in similar roles. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
Our client are looking for someone organised, proactive, and reliable to support their Chief Operations Officer and Director of Operations – Learning Disability & Autism, as well as their teams.
In this role, you will help keep things running smoothly by managing diaries, arranging and facilitating meetings, and ensuring everything is prepared for committees and events. You will handle emails and calls, respond on behalf of senior leaders, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
This is a varied role with opportunities to co-ordinate corporate events and conferences for the Senior Leadership Team.
The role will also involve some occasional cover for any absence within the Executive Secretariat Team.
Home-based, with occasional travel to Maidstone and Central London for meetings and events. Applicants must be able to attend in-person meetings when required, willingness to travel when needed is essential.
37.5 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to attend meetings / events.
You are someone who can work independently, manage your time well, and stay calm under pressure.
